Fusion Macaroni with Italian Egg

For the Fusion Macaroni below are the mise en place, so please scroll down :)


1 capsicum cut into slices
Half of the big onion


5 button mushrooms cut into slices


8 chicken pepperoni cut into half . (optional if choose beef pepperoni)


2 cloves garlic. Mince it.


4 table spoon of puree .


Cut into cube sizes  from the half of the big onion.


3 preserve fish snacks cut into small pieces.


Adequate oregano with 1 teaspoon of oyster sauce and 1 tablespoon of sesame oil


Firstly, heat up the olive oil and cook the garlic and onions in cube sizes. Then, following put the slices of capsicums, onions and mushrooms to stir fried.


Next, put the puree and the sauces been made into it. Meantime, stir and mix well.


After boiled the macaroni until al dente.


Voila!!! The Fusion Macaroni is done.

This second dish will be the Italian Egg. Here are the mise en place ;


3 eggs yolks an 4 eggs whites and stir up and mix.


Slices of 1 capsicum and slices half of the big onion to fried, 1 minute later put the capsicum and onions into it.




Yay! Another healthy dish is perfectly done!

Dinner is ready to be served.

JAR Curry Chicken (Hometown taste)

Have you ever try to spice up your dish for your daily home cooked meal?
Why don't try the JAR Curry Chicken with the hometown taste and perfect aroma.

First the ingredients to be prepared;

1. Half a chicken ( 3 to 4 portions)
2. Red onions
3. Lemongrass
4. Potatoes
5. Curry Packet
6. Coconut milk

Cut the chicken into few pieces

Pound the onions


Then, took out the onions that have been pounded.


Cut the potatoes into cubes or wedges.


Fried the onions till yellowish


Then, prepare the curry paste from the curry packet.


Next, add the curry paste into the onions and stir well together with the onions.


Meanwhile, add the lemongrass into the curry paste along with the onions.


After the curry paste and other ingredients have stir and mix well, the chickens can be thrown inside to the wok and cooked.


After 2 to 3 minutes, potatoes can be added in and to fried with it.


Later on, pour the 1 packet of coconut milk into it as able to enchance the curry flavour.



When everything is done, it was ready to close with the cover and cooked for approximately 20 minutes. (depends the sizes and thickness chicken that you've cut)


Voila, the JAR Curry Chicken (hometown taste) is ready to be served.
