GP VIN Wine Tasting

I am sure all of you tasted lot of good wines but I am certainly not many people tasted a perfectly good wine from the vineyard of Spain. Which to be called the Spanish wine. Thank you very much to  Ken and Rico for the invitation and let us have the golden opportunity to be part of this wine tasting session.

Before I started to describe on the wine, let's introduce this perfectly cozy place. The ambience was really good and is a nice place to chill out with friends. The dim light also can be pretty romantic for the couple or small party event. But need to pre book the place whenever you plan to do any function.

On that day, before the wine tasting session started our Mr Ken here prepare some of the food that paired with the wines and one  of the sparkling wine. All the meat, cheese and olives were from Spain as well.

These were the wines and sparkling wine that all of us have been tasted and enjoyed.

Not to forget, say Hola to Mr Victor on the right. He is the expertise for the Spanish wine, he did gave us a valuable lesson by knowing more knowledgeable of Spanish wine.

Official Grand Launch of Wheelcorp Premium 4S Centre (BMW)

Very honor to be invited to the Official Grand Launch of Wheelcorp Premium 4S Centre (BMW) by the young business entrepreneur Mr Jayden. It was a pleasant evening to be enjoyed and entertained. Apparently, is the latest landmark of the largest BMW one stop 4S Centre in Malaysia. Meanwhile, we have the Malaysians' darling Hannah Tan as emcee.In addition, was grateful to meet countless influential entrepreneur in the house.

Restaurant Hoseki

Anyone would love to eat the authentic Chinese food from China? Unfortunately, not everyone of us able to travel to China due to most of us have tight schedule of working life. Ain't no worries, though you not able to travel all the way to China but you still able to eat the authentic Chinese food and get to feel the aura of China for a short period moment. 

This is the 'Hoseki Restaurant' from Hunan, China and in Chinese would be ' 好 '时机湖南小食馆.  All the dishes were cooked and prepared by a lady executive chef and she is from Hunan, China.

This is the ' Hometown Chicken ' from Hunan, China in Chinese would be  家乡一锅鸡. The taste a lil bit spicy but it really yummy and the tenderness of the chicken is perfect.

Next, most of us know about sizzling chicken/pork/steak and toufu right? But actually in Hunan, China also does really famous for the dish which is ' Sizzling Uncut Aubergine ' . In Chinese would be ' 铁板茄子 ' . The taste is lil bit spicy but is just nice to suit the whole dish and the uncut aubergine tasted really juicy and not too hard nor too soft.

The next dish would be the ' Pig Trotters ' in Chinese will be ' 玉华猪手 '.   

The overall dish was garnished perfectly nice and not gross like most of the restaurant shown the trotters, the taste of the gravy ideally match with a bowl of rice or even more and the tenderness of the meat just nice

Voila, I guess this dish does not need an introduction as is obviously a ' Lambs ' Rib marinated with Homemade Sauce '. In Chinese will be ' 纸烧羊排 '. When the moment you chew with the meat of the lamb, you can feel the juiceness of the both meat and sauce. *Slurp slurp*

Finally, come to this dish ' Appetizer Fish ' in Chinese will be ' 开胃鱼头煲 ' .

This dish when customer order will be came out for the first dish as this dish meant to open up our appetite and to continue to enjoy our next few main courses. The soup taste spicy and sour, really fresh and enlighten your appetite.
