The Micropacer was 1st introduced in 1984 as a top running shoe with integrated micro-computer in the tongue and built-in sensor in the sole. It was a quantum leaps ahead of its time. The outsole had three different zones with different functions. The Micro chip computer display time, distance and pace.

Since its re-introduction in 2000 it has been re-designed in different materials and colour.
