Fusion Macaroni with Italian Egg

For the Fusion Macaroni below are the mise en place, so please scroll down :)

1 capsicum cut into slices

Half of the big onion

5 button mushrooms cut into slices

8 chicken pepperoni cut into half . (optional if choose beef pepperoni)

2 cloves garlic. Mince it.

4 table spoon of puree .

Cut into cube sizes  from the half of the big onion.

3 preserve fish snacks cut into small pieces.

Adequate oregano with 1 teaspoon of oyster sauce and 1 tablespoon of sesame oil

Firstly, heat up the olive oil and cook the garlic and onions in cube sizes. Then, following put the slices of capsicums, onions and mushrooms to stir fried.

Next, put the puree and the sauces been made into it. Meantime, stir and mix well.

After boiled the macaroni until al dente.

Voila!!! The Fusion Macaroni is done.

This second dish will be the Italian Egg. Here are the mise en place ;

3 eggs yolks an 4 eggs whites and stir up and mix.

Slices of 1 capsicum and slices half of the big onion to fried, 1 minute later put the capsicum and onions into it.

Yay! Another healthy dish is perfectly done!

Dinner is ready to be served.

Hello Kitty - Foods and Goodies from Japan

I am very grateful for this entire trip in Tokyo, Japan. In addition, I am blessed met with lot of new sincere friends from Japan. In Japan, couldn't miss out a single chance not to get my favourite character 'Hello Kitty' which originally from Japan. Meantime, of course there have some few must have goodies and foodies . All above from Sanrio HQ for giving me all these lovely goodies. So in love and I can't wait to use them!

Most of them are Matcha Green Tea products, yes we all know Japan well known for green tea and also I am a green tea lover. So by all it means, how can I miss out not to have some of the green tea foodies and goodies.

Additionally, I am a Pocky lover and this is so rare! As you can see this box of Pocky biscuits sticks are so fat and tick. Not the usual Pocky we've seen were skinny.

This is interesting! Bottom all is chocolates with the chocolate crumbs. ow about the credit card? Is an edible credit card, but how could I willing to eat. As it look so real for a card itself.

This box of biscuits I am pretty sure most of y'all know. As this is a really well known yummyliciuous biscuits for souvenir or gift to your friends and family. But unfortunately I bought for myself. : P

Finally!!! I got this, I have been searching this Tokyo banana up and down while I'm in the city. This Tokyo Banana not only look gorgeously attractive but also taste superb good. Only available in the airport.

This eggies aka Gutetama is so adorable, then even have their own stories for the packaging. I'll can keep it to frame it up to sum up all the story lines.

Voila, the final one and ended with a reddish dessert. This actually is a strawberry wrapped with white chocolate liquid. The taste not too sweet or sour I expected. It was just nice for the children and elderly people to enjoy it.

Well, our holiday gateway will be in our very own Cuti Cuti Malaysia whhich is the heritage town of Malacca. Not to forget, a must taste of authentic Baba Nyonya aka Peranakan Cuisine.Baba Nyonya came from last time the ancestor of Malay and Chinese bonded together. Then, hhow the combination of Nyonya heritage and cuisine.

This Nancy's Kitchen is very well known in Malacca an need to make a reservation to dine in. Thank God, that time we have a table to dine in without any reservation. 

The crowd here is very happening, a lot of customers in and out.

The famous Pai Tee (TopHat), really superb delicious. Authentic taste!

Pork in Salad Cucumber, simply cross culture taste of Thai

Nyonya Mixed Vegetable, another must try Peranakan vegetables. Mixture of Chinese and Malay style of vegetables.

Duck with the Salted Vegetable, this dish just nice not too salty and is great to warm our inner body.

Tiam Wong Restaurant, Titi Kong

Welcome to this foodie blog again. I am sure most of you are boring with the food that you have tasted in the city. Even though the food no doubt still delicious, but somehow people love to try new and different things.

Let me introduce another yummylicious food which is out of town. This restaurant named Tiam Wong Resstaurant, located at Titikong, Negeri Sembilan. Those dishes below were custom made menu by their very own chef.

You'll probably think that that portion is really big and will be costly right? I can guarantee not at all, is affordable and you able to eat more than enough. Each portion able to dine with 3 to 4 persons or even more if you are not a big appetite person.

Of course, there will more yummylicious dishes too unfortunately not able to put all into this blog. That why I want you to be there by yourself along with your family and friends to taste it. No worries, the lady boss is really friendly and will definitely  provide the great hospitality.
