Found out this "WINNIE " bling bling words at the dashboard , everyone feel curious why the car owner put "WINNIE " . That name do attract people to view the car ! Atlast we found out that the "WINNIE" bling bling words it means the car owner girlfriend name . She just standing beside the car owner.
